Bill Title:	Relating to individuals prohibited from providing child care; and declaring an emergency.
Catchline/Summary:	Modifies definition of "exempt prohibited individual." Prohibits permanently from providing child care individuals who have been subject of substantiated report of child abuse in which victim suffered serious harm or death and individuals who are required to report as sex offenders.
