Clarifies exclusive remedy provisions of workers' compensation statutes. Clarifies exclusive remedy provisions of workers' compensation statutes. Provides for administrative review of certain matters arising under workers' compensation statutes and rules. Allows medical service providers to seek resolution of medical service disputes through same process as workers, employers and insurers.
