Expands residential alternative energy device tax credit to permit increased capacity wind electric systems and fuel cell systems to qualify for credit. Allows credit for each alternative energy device. Makes conforming changes.
Applies to alternative energy devices constructed or installed on or after January 1, 2007.
Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
