Directs the Department of Transportation to translate student driver education curriculum and student driver instructor curriculum into the Spanish language and post the materials on the department's website. Digest: The Act tells ODOT to translate student driver education and instructor guides into Spanish. ODOT must put the materials on its website. ODOT must also offer printed copies but may charge a fee to cover the costs of printing. ODOT must update the guides every three years. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.7).
