Current Agenda Status
  • Work Session
    • Requires an eligible entity that receives a grant under the Heat Pump Deployment Program to agree to use best practices to maintain the security and confidentiality of personal information of individuals who apply for or receive financial assistance under the program from the eligible entity.
    • Modifies the definitions of and grant requirements for Resilience Hubs and Resilience Networks.
    • The following bill is scheduled solely for the purpose of moving it to the
      House Committee on Judiciary.
  • Work Session
    • Requires an electric public utility to apply for a wildfire safety certification.
  • Public Hearing
    • Creates an income or corporate excise tax credit for the amount paid by an owner of an eligible generation facility for transmission services.
    • Directs the State Department of Agriculture to classify certain pesticides containing neonicotinoids as restricted-use.
    • Requires the State Department of Energy to coordinate with other organizations, conduct outreach, establish a statewide navigation and support system and provide information in multiple languages, as part of the department's single resource for providing information and assistance related to available energy efficiency incentives and programs.
