Grants, subject to conditions, specified flexibility to authority and department with respect to timing of redeterminations and timelines for obtaining eligibility information from enrollees.] Allows authority and Department of Consumer and Business Services to phase in redeterminations and adjust timelines, for up to 90 days, to minimize risk of disruptions in coverage or care for high-risk populations or populations at risk of becoming uninsured. Authorizes temporary waiver of statutory limits on disclosure of enrollee information. Sunsets January 2, 2024.
