Directs Oregon Health Authority to study possibilities for importation of pharmaceuticals from Mexico and Canada for public employees and health insurance coverage for public employees of travel to Mexico or Canada to acquire pharmaceuticals. Directs authority to report on results of study to appropriate committee or interim committee of Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2022.
