Prohibits certain state agencies from disclosing certain records received from commission in response to public records request.
Modifies recipient of certain amounts distributed for emergency shelter in City of Eugene.
Merges Elderly and Disabled Special Transportation Fund with Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.
