Bill Title:	Relating to fees charged for services provided in hospital-based facilities.
Catchline/Summary:	Requires hospitals or health systems that own or operate, in whole or in part, health care facilities that charge facility fees to report specified information to Oregon Health Authority regarding facilities and to notify patients individually and through public displays of specified information regarding facility fees and costs to patients.
