Repeals chapter 70, Oregon Laws 2019 (Enrolled House Bill 2491).

Establishes July 1, 2015, as date for determination of total number of registered electors in this state for purpose of maintaining status as major or minor political party through 2020 general election.
Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
