Modifies direction to keep information regarding harassment investigation confidential in cases where harassment investigation is undertaken under informal reporting process of legislative branch personnel rules, to exclude person alleged to have experienced harassment from confidentiality restrictions. Eliminates confidentiality restrictions when formal complaint is made under rules. Expands period of time for which informal report or formal complaint may be made from one year to four years after incident of alleged harassment occurs.
