Bill Title:	Relating to telephone services provided to inmates.
Catchline/Summary:	Requires Department of Corrections to adopt rules that prohibit correctional facilities, and requires cities and counties to adopt ordinances that prohibit local correctional facilities, from having contract with provider of telephone services under which department, city, county or facility receives payment for telephone services provided to inmates of facility.
