Bill Title:	Relating to the offense of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
Catchline/Summary:	Provides that person who has been convicted of driving while under influence of intoxicants shall provide proof to Department of Transportation that person completed treatment program before department may reinstate person's driving privileges.
