Relating to donations to charity of legislator compensation; prescribing an effective date.

Authorizes members of Legislative Assembly to donate up to 10 percent of member salary to charitable organizations that member identifies. Authorizes members of Legislative Assembly to donate up to 10 percent of member salary to charitable organizations that member identifies. Directs Legislative Administrator to withhold amounts on pretax basis and transfer donated amounts to charities on behalf of members.
Applies to pay periods occurring on or after effective date of Act.
Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
