Relating to independent residence facilities.
Catchline/Summary:
Modifies qualifications and requirements for unmarried person who is at least 16 years of age and not older than 20 years of age to participate in independent living programs in independent residence facilities. Modifies qualifications and requirements for unmarried person who is at least 16 years of age and not older than 20 years of age to participate in independent living programs in independent residence facilities.
Provides that making payment grants to unmarried person enrolled in independent living program does not limit obligation of person's parent to pay court-ordered support.
