Modifies certain laws related to county and city regulation of marijuana business entities.
Authorizes Oregon Liquor Control Commission and Oregon Health Authority to require fingerprints of certain applicants for purpose of requesting criminal records check.
Requires individual who performs work for or on behalf of person who holds license for possession, production, propagation, processing, securing or sale of marijuana to have worker permit.
Provides for medical marijuana dispensaries that are organized as nonprofit corporations certain terms for receipt and dispensing of marijuana and marijuana products. Requires Oregon Health Authority to adopt rules for implementation.
Makes changes to Oregon Medical Marijuana Act.
Provides for expungement of marijuana-related crimes if penalty for crime has been reduced to penalty for which crime may be expunged.
Repeals provisions regarding taxation in Senate Bill 1511 and House Bill 4014.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.
