Relating to amount of working family child care credit; prescribing an effective date.
Catchline/Summary:
Increases amount of working family child care credit by doubling applicable percentage of taxpayer's child care expenses allowed as credit. Increases amount of working family child care credit by doubling applicable percentage of taxpayer's child care expenses allowed as credit.
Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2015, and before January 1, 2016.
Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
