Grandfathers applied behavior analysis practitioners until January 1, 2016. Specifies operative date of January 1, 2015, for coverage offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board and Oregon Educators Benefit Board and January 1, 2016, for coverage otherwise offered. Sunsets requirements for coverage of applied behavior analysis on January 2, 2022.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.
