Relating to State Department of Agriculture food safety fees.
Catchline/Summary:
Allows State Department of Agriculture to adopt rules to establish license fees for certain food-related establishments and occupations. Allows State Department of Agriculture to adopt rules to establish license fees for certain food-related establishments and occupations. Imposes limitations on timing and amount of fees established by rule. Applies to fees charged for licensing periods beginning on or after July 1, 2013. Prohibits establishing fee amounts for licensing periods beginning on or after July 1, 2019, that are higher than fee amounts established for licensing period beginning July 1, 2018. Continues existing statutory fees until adoption of fees by rule.
