Directs Department of Transportation to provide certain central business operating services for Oregon Department of Aviation.
Modifies contested case process for Construction Contractors Board. Provides for mediation and arbitration. Restores prior provisions July 1, 2017.
Transfers moneys to Senior Property Tax Deferral Revolving Account. Sets conditions for repayment of moneys.
Delays implementation of electronic filing system for Oregon Government Ethics Commission.
Modifies amount transferred from ORS Revolving Account to General Fund each odd-numbered year.
Allows Department of Human Services to provide post-TANF aid subject to available funding.
Modifies reimbursement rates paid to Medicaid-certified long term care facilities.
Repeals Tax Enforcement Fund. Transfers amount in fund to General Fund.
Allows Oregon Health Authority to adopt rules setting fee for registration of medical marijuana grow site.
Suspends transfer of lottery ending balance to School Capital Matching Fund for biennium beginning July 1, 2011.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.
