Bill Title:	Relating to diabetes.
Catchline/Summary:	Requires Oregon Health Authority, Department of Human Services and Public Employees' Benefit Board to develop goals, benchmarks and plans to address diabetes, diabetes care and complications from diabetes and to report to Legislative Assembly in each odd-numbered year specified information regarding data, programs, outcomes and proposed next steps.
