Bill Title:	Relating to harvesting of aggregate in exclusive farm use zones.
Catchline/Summary:	Requires analysis of alternatives before mining, crushing or stockpiling of aggregate may occur on land in Willamette Valley that is zoned for exclusive farm use when more than 35 percent of proposed mining area consists of Class I, Class II or unique soils, or combination of these three soil classes.
