Transfers certain responsibilities of state commission to Department of Human Services. Directs department to disburse funds to certain programs and to local commissions on children and families.
Establishes Local Commissions on Children and Families Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in fund to department for specified purposes.
Becomes operative June 30, 2012.
