Authorizes Water Resources Commission to adopt rules requiring person to obtain permit before initiating certain otherwise exempted uses in area classified or reclassified to limit new ground water use, withdrawn from appropriation for nonexempt purposes or located in designated critical ground water area.
Applies to ground water use for exempted purpose initiated on or after effective date of Act.
