Catchline/Summary:	Provides that amount in debtor's financial account equal to lesser of specified exempt payments or total balance of debtor's account is not subject to garnishment if payments were deposited in debtor's account by direct deposit or electronic payment during calendar month that preceded month in which writ of garnishment was delivered to financial institution.
