Bill Title:
Relating to tax treatment of expense for use of intangible property paid to related member.
Catchline/Summary:
Requires taxpayer to add back expenses paid to related member for use of related member's intangible property. Requires taxpayer to add back expenses paid to related member for use of related member's intangible property. Allows credit against tax to taxpayer when related member pays tax on income required to be added back.
Applies to tax years beginning or on after January 1, 2010.
