Bill Title:	Relating to reemployment of retired members of Public Employees Retirement System; and declaring an emergency.
Catchline/Summary:	Allows member of Public Employees Retirement System who has been retired for service for more than six months, and who elected to receive lump sum payment or installment payments, to be reemployed by public employer without repayment of lump sum or installment amounts received by member.
