Bill Title:
Relating to State Department of Fish and Wildlife fees; and appropriating money.
Catchline/Summary:
Increases or establishes certain fees related to hunting, angling and commercial fishing. Increases or establishes certain fees related to hunting, angling and commercial fishing. Extends and increases certain surcharges. Creates surcharges for issuance of specified licenses. Directs certain fees to be deposited in specified accounts.
Authorizes State Fish and Wildlife Commission to issue resident annual sportsperson's licenses for persons under 18 years of age. Requires holders of resident annual sportsperson's licenses to participate in process for allocation of certain permits.
Establishes Fish Passage Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in fund to State Department of Fish and Wildlife for purposes related to fish passage.
