Relating to sex offender reporting.
Catchline/Summary:
Modifies class of non-Oregon convictions or juvenile delinquency adjudications that require sex offender reporting. Modifies class of non-Oregon convictions or juvenile delinquency adjudications that require sex offender reporting.
Authorizes prosecution for failure to report as sex offender following move to new residence and failure to report move and new address.
Requires Juvenile Compact Administrator, when delinquent juvenile from another state seeks to transfer parole or probation to Oregon, to determine if delinquent juvenile is required to report as sex offender. Requires administrator to make diligent effort to ensure that state in which delinquent juvenile resides notify delinquent juvenile of obligation to report.
