Bill Title:	Relating to communication devices.
Catchline/Summary:	Requires person who provides cellular communication service or other wireless communication services to provide information on location of cellular telephone or other wireless communication device served by person if information is requested by sheriff or deputy sheriff, municipal police officer or Oregon State Police officer and information is needed because of imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury.
