Exempts law enforcement officers from crime of failing to disclose to participants that conversation is being recorded unless officer has reasonable opportunity to inform participants that conversation is being obtained. Specifies effect of out-of-state convictions related to driving under influence of intoxicants on defendant in Oregon with respect to calculation of enhanced penalties for prior convictions.
Provides that defendant with felony conviction of driving under influence of intoxicants from Oregon or another state is ineligible to participate in diversion program.
