Relating to public employee retirement.
Catchline/Summary:
Eliminates provisions relating to break in service under Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan. Eliminates provisions relating to break in service under Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan. Modifies manner in which retirement credit is calculated under plan. Provides that pension program members accrue one-twelfth of year of retirement credit for month in which member performs 50 or more hours of service.
