Bill Title:	Relating to public employee retirement.
Catchline/Summary:	Provides that member of Public Employees Retirement System may withdraw account held for member in system only if member withdraws all other member accounts in system that member is eligible to withdraw and withdraws from pension program of Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan if member is eligible to do so.
