Adjusts method of reconciling amount of child support due under multiple judgments. Corrects citations. Modifies time when withholder must begin withholding income from obligor's pay. Requires Department of Justice to cooperate with and provide records to Department of Human Services for use in location of parents of children who are applying for public assistance.
