Relating to passenger safety on all-terrain vehicles.
Catchline/Summary:
Prohibits operators of Class I and Class III all-terrain vehicles from carrying passengers on vehicles not designed for passengers. Prohibits operators of Class I and Class III all-terrain vehicles from carrying passengers on vehicles not designed for passengers. Punishes by maximum of $180 fine.
