Testimony Submission Form

Please submit written testimony using the form below. Written testimony may only be submitted for bills that are scheduled for a public hearing. Testimony must be received within 24 hours after the start time of the committee meeting at which the public hearing is held. If you experience technical issues submitting your testimony using this form, please email your testimony to within the 24 hour window. Testimony submitted after this 24 hour time period will not be uploaded to OLIS. Please include an explanation of the technical issue you experienced and the committee name, meeting date, and measure number of the testimony you are submitting in your email.

Your name and the organization you represent or city in which you live will appear next to your testimony. Your email address will not be publicly displayed. All submittted testimony will be publicly accessible.
