    The committee will meet remotely to receive testimony in a public hearing. For a work session, the committee members will meet in Hearing Room 50.

  • HB 4213 Prohibits residential and commercial evictions under specified conditions during emergency period.

• Work Session
  • HB 4211 Clarifies timing of when Department of Education is required to make transfers from Fund for Student Success.
  • HB 4206 Authorizes State Department of Agriculture to adopt rules establishing program of state inspection for processing and sale of meat products from amenable species, including but not limited to cattle and sheep.
  • SB 1603 CARRIED OVER FROM THE 6-24-2020 10AM AGENDA: Modifies definitions applicable for purposes of universal service surcharge.
  • HB 4202 CARRIED OVER FROM THE 6-24-2020 10AM AGENDA:Modifies administrative provisions of corporate activity tax.

    2. Remote Oral Testimony: Anyone wishing to speak to the committee verbally must either pre-register or use
    a public access station at the Capitol building at the designated meeting time:
